Holistic Gynecology

Holistic gynecology views the body, mind, and spirit as interconnected and equally essential to well-being. It extends beyond routine pelvic exams and Pap smears to include the evaluation of hormonal balance, nutrition, stress resilience, sleep quality, emotional and sexual health. Care integrates root causes rather than just symptoms (because putting a band-aid on won’t fix everything, right?).

Personalized care that is attentive to environmental toxin exposure, past birth or surgical trauma, spiritual disconnect, relationship stress, body image concerns, unresolved grief, and intimacy - all with the goal of restoring hormonal harmony.
